Since acquiring Computer Works Family in November of 2020, I have set out with one goal in mind: Technology Made Easy. Since acquiring Computer Works Family, I have done just that. Creating a family friendly environment where you are treated just like you are a member of our family.
We have grown from a PC Sales / Service company, to providing remote and monthly services to Consumers to a full-fledged Managed Service Provider. We built a standard in Chatham and the surrounding communities. Many of you have given us the honor of working in your homes. The last five and a half years has been a whirlwind for sure.
With all that said, we are sure you have noticed a slight discrepancy in our response times. Over the last few years since introducing Business Services and becoming a Managed Service Provider, we have really struggled to balance the Consumer the side of the business. Which has resulted in slower returned-calls, and appointments that were far from ideal.
While I have tried to keep up the level of service that I strive for, it’s becoming apparent to me that it’s not possible. And I don’t want to do that to you reading this, Chatham and the surrounding communities. And I certainly don’t want anyone being swindled by Big Box Stores or less than truthful companies.
So, I have decided to place Computer Works Family for sale on the open market. It pains me to do so, but keeping up with both Consumer and Business Customers is borderline impossible. There’s so much lacking from Computer Works Family that a new owner could bring. Things like: Mobile Device Repair and Console Repair. Which are not my wheel house.
